Ornament Trail is part of the Festival of Lights put on by the Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21. In 2023, I was asked to paint one of these larger than life ornaments to decorate the holidays downtown with the subject of my choosing.
It is an honor to see it on display for the second year in a row in front of Chase Bank on Water St. & Wisconsin Ave.

In 2021, the pandemic was still affecting events around the country and the Milwaukee Film Festival was able to host their annual festival… but online.

MIAD Alumni Exploring the Current and the Imminent - An Invitational Exhibit
“Much of the world in the grips of deadly pandemic and the quest for more equitable human rights and economic fairness is ascendent in communities across the globe. This is an exhibit of a few of the many alumni of the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design who have made contributions through their art and design work to the current dialog on the many pressing social issues of our time. These artists and designers represent the various majors at MIAD. The conceptual and visual languages that they use reflects this diversity.”
I was asked to be a part of a gallery showcasing designs and illustrations on social issues.
